Help clinics and medical centers achieved ZERO NO SHOWS, and increase their revenues by creating an effective PATIENT CARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Marketing: Designed and implemented a marketing plan for business expansion for an international medical-tourism company. Wrote and executed marketing plans for business brokerage firms in South Florida. Recruited and trained 10+ agents who totaled gross sales in excess of $10M and commissions near $1M for the first year Research: Analyzed international markets in Latin America to expand Medical and Tourism developments. Approached local business groups including media to create the conditions for the execution of development in the area of Stem Cells research in a conservative country in Latin America. Created business plans for an ecological real estate developer in Costa Rica for the construction of high end ecological-friendly mansions. Conducted successful negotiations with local and foreign governments and banking institutions in behalf of clients. Consulting: Worked on several projects in the areas of marketing, media production, web development, and international construction. The works included: Research for a medical group for the development of a luxurious medical resort for the treatment of terminally ill patients.
