Since the age of 15, I have been driven by a deep commitment to advocacy, leadership, and social impact. What started as student activism and community-building evolved into a career focused on civic engagement, human rights, diplomacy, and project management—spanning Venezuela and the United States. I’ve had the opportunity to lead electoral advocacy initiatives, nonprofit programs, and public outreach efforts, while managing projects that bring people together, create opportunities, and solve complex challenges. Whether through grassroots movements, strategic leadership, or program development, my work is grounded in empowering communities and fostering meaningful change. As a Venezuelan Juris Doctor, project manager, and civic leader, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work—leveraging expertise in advocacy, public outreach, and program development to create sustainable impact. My experience includes: Grassroots advocacy & leadership, leading electoral participation initiatives and youth engagement campaigns. Community development & strategic execution, driving projects that bridge civic engagement with policy and infrastructure improvements. Public outreach & stakeholder collaboration, designing impactful programs across nonprofit, governmental, and private sectors. Beyond my professional roles, I currently serve as: Capital Region Committee Chair for the Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Marketing Assistant Director for Young Catholic Professionals, Washington D.C.
