I'm a data science enthusiast with hands-on experience in technical support, data analysis, and visualization. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science and AI at Florida International University, I have a solid foundation in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and programming, backed by practical experience in real-world data projects. During my iPad Hardware Support & Testing role at Apple, I gained experience in scripting and data handling, performing tasks like data import/export, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance. My work involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lab workflows and enhance operational efficiency. I’m proficient in Python, Java, and Tableau, with a passion for tackling complex problems and leveraging data-driven insights. I’ve also completed data science projects, including a comparative analysis of PCA vs. t-SNE for dimensionality reduction, where I explored clustering techniques and visualized data relationships. Additionally, I created interactive global sales visualizations in Tableau, categorizing shipping and sales data by region. Driven by curiosity and a desire to solve impactful problems, I’m excited to transition fully into the data science field, where I can apply my analytical skills to generate meaningful insights and drive business success.
