Previously, I was a Director of Food and Beverage at TPG Hotels and Resorts, where I managed the food and beverage departments of various hotels, and a Food and Beverage Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott, where I was responsible for the daily operations and staff of the restaurant and bar.
