About Jorge Luiz Keller

I’ve always been driven by a quiet restlessness: the sense that we can do more, do better, and do it in ways that truly move realities. Maybe that’s why, for me, strategy has never been about plans on paper — it’s about provoking movement. My story began in marketing, where I learned the art of translating complexity into messages that resonate. Today, I bring that skill to a field that demands even more courage: building solutions that connect business, people, and socio-environmental impact.I don’t believe in ready-made answers. I’d rather ask the questions no one has dared to, look for unlikely angles, and turn rigid processes into living opportunities. Along the way, I integrate everything I’ve learned about culture, innovation, and human behavior to design projects that don’t just deliver results, but shift perspectives. When people ask what I do, I say I build bridges between what companies are today and what they can — and need to — become tomorrow.
