I am currently working as. Project Manager & System Engineer: Responsible for developing and managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) Projects for the seven major telescopes across NOIRlab, overseeing their cost, time, and scope. Responsibilities include creating a project and communication plan, allocating tasks, setting milestones, and leading the change management processes. My background as a Civil Industrial Engineer with experience in Project Management, Operation and Facilities Management, Safety, and Occupational Health & Environment in diverse industries (Astronomical Observatories, Aquaculture, Maritime-Port & Shipyard, Mining, Intermodal Transport, Retail, and Mining).
