About Jorge Perez

From my work at C&A Construction i have experience working with customers to help schedule service downtime, notifying them of emergency downtime, and dealing with customer complaints and concerns. As we were responsible for informing residents and businesses of our planned work in an area, i often talked with end customers to work out time frames for us to schedule work and perform any necessary road closures and water shutdowns. Computer and networking are my interest and hobby, i keep up with new and upcoming technologies and experiment with hardware and software at home. Through the experience i gain here i often help friends and strangers with their issues in forums i participate in. I have helped people troubleshoot their Cisco, Ubiquiti, and windows systems at home or at work. My time working with equipment operation i have also developed troubleshooting and hardware maintenance. When some piece of equipment has minor issues i am usually the one tasked with doing what is required to get them operational again. Even if i can not fix the issue i can explain symptoms and diagnosis to our maintenance team when they arrive.
