About Jorge Recalde

As an experienced technology leader with over 30 years of experience, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions that improve business results, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have held various senior IT leadership positions, including CIO, VP of Technology, and IT Director. I have successfully managed large teams of professionals and led multiple technology transformation initiatives, including contact center modernization, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation. I have a strong background in project management, solution architecture, and product management, as well as in-depth expertise in emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and big data analytics. My accomplishments include owning two patents, leading the development of more than 10 innovation prototypes, and delivering successful IT programs that have resulted in significant cost savings and revenue growth. As a fluent Spanish and English speaker (also basic Romanian and Italian), working for multinational companies in different countries I bring an international perspective and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders with multiple cultural backgrounds.
