Engineering Manager with over 25 years' experience in the energy industry providing technical support to Operations and Project Engineering Teams in all aspects of project execution for various facility types including Upstream Operations, Upgrading and Refinery Complex. Initially started career as a Process Engineer in many roles involving Troubleshooting and Plant Optimization, FEED, Detailed Engineering Design, C & SU activities and experienced a variety of Operations and Management roles. In the last few years directing and guiding multi-discipline Engineering team to provide technical support to Oil and Gas Operations and dedicated Project Teams. I am recognized as a technically competent and results-oriented leader, demonstrating a safety leadership mindset and providing guidance to teams to drive results. Strong leadership skills in dealing with team and clients, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills to ensure a successful project with all the internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a multi-discipline team in a global business environment with passion to coach and enable career growth for others.
