About Jorge Santander

As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at LeaseQuery, I have been recognized for my strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, earning the 2023 Core Value Award for Accountability. I have consistently led the team in resolving support tickets, supporting over 300 local and remote employees in a fast-paced, growing environment. I have also contributed significantly to FinQuery’s first hardware refresh project, focusing on vendor selection, laptop procurement, and hybrid environment deployment coordination. In addition to my IT expertise, I have a passion for sports coaching. As an Assistant Soccer Coach, I led the team to an undefeated inaugural season and our first ever playoff win in program history. I was responsible for day-to-day training exercises, tactics, opposition scouting, player-role optimization, goalkeeper training, in and post game analysis, individual and collective motivation, film sessions, and individual training sessions. I also kept detailed records of teams and players. My experience as a coach has taught me valuable skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork.
