Background

About Jorge Toval

In the brevity of my professional career I have been able to develop strong operational skills such as planning, organizing, executing and assessing tasks that are within and beyond the scope of my analytical and technical abilities, from the development of sales strategies, store logistics and to learning and maneuvering around integrated business processes. In my leadership role I have been able to reverse animosity into a culture based on teamwork and open communication. Middle managers have the duty to bridge the expectation of top executives with that of employees by delegating defined tasks and engaging all subjects by providing guidance and timely support to the staff. Some of the constructive attributes that define successful operations from a humane perspective (Leadership and strong communication skills, interpersonal relations, employee development, critical and analytical thinking, accountability, time management, observation, etc.) are sometimes overlooked by companies solely reliant on technology. Successful organizations in our time are equally concerned in their people as they are in their technological development. At the end, a successful business is but the strength and agility of its technology and the sum of its people, and their willful desire to always give their best.
