I joined the Customer Success team just after the acquisition of the former Ustream by IBM and have also worked – in collaboration with the Californian counterparties - in migrating the former Ustream’s system, databases and processes into IBM Video Streaming infrastructure and ecosystem. During this transition period, I also spotted errors in the accounting processes, which prevented the company from losses. I received the "IBM Manager choice award" recognition in three consecutive years.
