With over 15 years of legal experience, I’ve spent my career navigating high-stakes negotiations, balancing risk with opportunity and bringing clarity to fine print. I’ve always found purpose in the details because the details are what allow great teams to move faster and work smarter while staying focused on the big picture. I bring a legal mindset and a calm, practical approach in fast-paced settings. From managing client and vendor agreements to navigating new HR systems and frameworks, I work across teams to ensure our foundation is strong and ready to scale. My focus is on anticipating risk, streamlining operations and supporting a culture where people and policies work hand in hand.
