About Jorina Sendel

As an education innovator with a foundation in psychology, I specialize in creating solutions that empower young people to shape their futures. As Concept Developer at the Education Innovation Lab, I design learning environments that promote critical thinking, creativity, and the development of future skills. Through my work with YouthxYouth (YxY), I champion youth empowerment and intergenerational collaboration, bridging generational gaps to drive systemic change in education. I also contribute to Lern-Fair, an NGO providing free digital tutoring to disadvantaged children in Germany, reinforcing my commitment to accessible education. Passionate about research-based solutions, I integrate evidence to create educational strategies that promote sustainability, equity, and drive systemic change.
