About Joris Becker

Joris has over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, both as an industry professional and an investor. With a strong focus on project finance schemes involving equity investment Concessions, PFI, DBFOM) and in various M&A opportunities. He excels at managing cross-functional teams to ensure the bankability, feasibility, and compliance of projects within company governance frameworks and economical return targets. His role spans all phases of the deal cycle, from due diligence and deal structuring to negotiations and closing. While his primary expertise lies in transportation assets, he has also contributed to energy projects, including hydroelectric dams and hydrogen stations. He applies a practical, hands-on approach to ESG, ensuring tangible results. Holding a Master of Engineering and PMP® certification, Joris further strengthened his financial and business acumen with an Executive Master of Finance, and later on with an Executive MBA at ESCP.
