About Joris Luyckx

Started my professional career for 5 years in the aluminium industry as a IT business analyst. After a major restructuration, I learned the importance of a positive work atmosphere and made the decision to join one of their software providers, namely OMP.Took up various roles within this new company (consultant, lead consultant, project manager & project expert) and witnessed the impressive growth of OMP first hand. Now working as a Project Expert within the delivery integration team. A new team created in 2022 to cover the increasing importance of integration (with SAP - both R/3 and S/4 - and also other IT systems). This new role gives me the opportunity to use my experience to make the team grow further (improve internal communication, be part of recruitment, take up a role as coach and guidance for other colleagues, be part of alliance cooperation monitoring, challenge user friendliness of new functionalities.)
