For more than a decade, I’ve led innovation in some of the world’s most complex contexts—working with smallholder farmers in Africa to design scalable solutions around poverty, food security, and climate change. These experiences have shaped me as a leader who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and impact, turning bold ideas into systems that work in the real world. What drives me most, however, goes beyond a single sector or geography: it’s the challenge of building pathways for meaningful change. Whether in agriculture, climate, or other fields, I am passionate about reimagining how innovation can address global challenges and create lasting impact.
