About Jory Kettles

Always growing, always learning, always receptive to new challenges and opportunities. This mentality has helped me develop a very broad skill set and excel in many industries. Now, as a healthcare leader at a rural acute care hospital, my knowledge and scope has expanded to aspects of successfully managing interdisciplinary teams of clinical and non-clinical professionals who regularly strive for excellence. I work in the background to support teams with the resources they need to deliver the best possible care to each and every patient. I continue to develop knowledge and proficiency in hospital operations, budgeting, quality improvement, leadership, human resources, conflict resolution, and project planning and evaluation.Through this work, combined with a background in information technology, I have developed a passion for healthcare innovation, leveraging technology to redefine the care we deliver. Recent projects have brought smart health technologies and remote patient monitoring (RPM) to remote and isolated Indigenous communities, as well as the delivery of expanded healthcare services to typically under-serviced and isolated regions (i.e. improved access to diabetes education, and cardiac rehabilitation).
