About Jory White

Jory White is an award-winning PR professional with more than 25 years experience. A former journalist, he’s a talented writer, has solid media relations expertise and has cultivated strong press relationships throughout his career. He has worked with several leading PR agencies for clients spanning numerous industries including: consumer electronics/gadgets, online tech services and music/entertainment, among many others. He has worked with companies and artists big and small, such as Sony Electronics (PCs/laptops, streaming media players, displays), WebEx, AutoDesk, Lily Tomlin and Elton John. Jory has helped get his diverse portfolio of clients coverage in nearly every top U.S. paper and monthly magazine – spanning consumer, tech, lifestyle, music and business - and most major tech and entertainment online news site and blogs. He has developed and executed successful PR programs for high profile, publicly-traded global companies, yet also has a rich, proven track record of using PR to help put unknown technology start-ups on the map and expand companies' media presence and overall awareness. Prior to his PR career, Jory was a journalist for MTV Networks, covering the San Francisco music scene. He has a B.A. in communications/public relations. In his spare time, he’s a DJ and perfumer.
