About Jos van

In my 30+ year career I have always been involved in forms of learning and development. Both on a commercial basis and in collaboration with regular education. Key concepts are: knowledge management, change management, team start-up, team revitalization, performance improvement, training and development, permanent education. In addition, I give lectures at various colleges and universities in France and Belgium.(Business Development, Group Dynamics, TQM and Intercultural Learning). Co-author of, among others,'Tussen opleiding en beroepspraktijk', author of 'high-tech industry in geographical perspective','récits d'un rêveur','Van Bossche bodem (March 2018) and many articles. My role at DECP (Dutch Employers' Cooperation Programme) gave me the opportunity to share the experiences I have gained with employers in developing countries. As an expert in the field of skills development, I worked intensively with colleagues from DECP and Employers' Organisations. Until the end of 2022, I was regionally responsible for the French-speaking countries of West Africa. I am currently supervising the transition of DECP expertise and networks to the PUM organization as a result of a merger. A matter of perseverance. As well as my hobby of walking long distances, such as Kennedy marches and the 100 of Bornem, Belgium. In addition, I am available in the Netherlands for entrepreneurs who want to explore their opportunities in the French market.
