About Jos Vos

My passion for cars and curiosity how machines work, defined my choice for my education and professional carrier. I wanted to be a mechanical engineer, that’s why I did my bachelor in automotive engineering. In the several years I worked in the automotive industry, I was able to gain experience in developing and industrializing products from idea until (serial) production and production support. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary project teams, with high demanding (automotive) customers and suppliers. This inspired me to deepen my knowledge about how processes are linked to each other, not only across the departments of a company but also over the complete supply/value chain. That’s why I choose to do a second bachelor in business engineering. I am a team player, I like working in complex projects, dealing with and supporting internal stakeholders and stakeholders outside the organization. I can guide the team in the process of going from scratch to a concept and eventually to a mature product. Due to my analytic skills I know what’s important for end users, I know which KPI’s need to be controlled to keep the project on track and to meet the customers’ expectations. My strong aspect is keeping focus on ensuring the project is on time, within the expected quality and within budget.
