About Josca Eyley

As a Digital Product Owner at BCITO | Te Pūkenga, I am passionate about contributing to the company's digital aspirations to increase customer value through creating digital learning propositions. With over 2 years of experience at BCITO, I have extensive experience in product ownership and analysis, including skills in customer experience mapping, requirements analysis, user story development, and process modeling. Currently, as the Product Owner of Hapai (Salesforce CRM), I am responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product backlog, making decisions about the priority of product backlog items to deliver maximum outcome with minimum output, and ensuring transparency of the product development team’s upcoming work. Previously, I was part of a cross-functional team that analyzed the current and future state end-to-end learner journey experience of the nine organizations that make up Work Based Learning New Zealand, and as a Process Analyst, I was responsible for modeling and communicating our customer processes. As an Agile Business Analyst, I was able to articulate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, bridging the gap between IT and the business. Overall, I am a strategic thinker who is passionate about using design thinking, business process analysis, and analytical thinking to deliver value to customers and the business.
