Prior to that, I lived in Phoenix, Arizona from 1997 to 2024I started my professional Customer Service career in 1997 at Phoenix, Arizona with Alaska Airlines.I worked full time in the Reservation Department which at the time was located in Tempe, Arizona.I managed to build my award winning customer service skills for 3 years.In July I was hired by American Airlines to be an airport agent (ticket counter, gate and operations) at Sky Harbor Terminal 3 in Phoenix, Arizona. At the time, American Airlines operation at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona was considered to be an Out-Station. Daily cross utilization was one of the many perks of being at an out-station. American Airlines' preferred computer system was Sabre. Through Sabre we were able to process passengers at the gate and at the ticket counter. In 2015, the airline industry saw a consolidation of American Airlines and U.S. Airways. The result of this made American Airlines' Phoenix, Arizona operations grow into a Hub Operation.Many opportunities came with this Hub Operation. This larger operation, brought two different opportunities for me. The first being, in the Passenger Operation Control department. This department was focused on handling passengers who were experiencing interruption with their travel. My second opportunity came with the Training Department at the airport. With the training department, I lead classroom sessions and conducted hands on training for agents at the gates.In 2024, I decided to begin a new chapter in my professional life. I began this chapter, by moving to San Antonio, Texas. My skill set in San Antonio, opened with Citi as a Gold Service Rep in the banking industry. This position was classified as remote. While at Citi, I moved lateral into the Spanish Division with their Gold clients.In July 2025, I landed a position as a flight scheduler with Merlin1 at San Antonio FBO.
