As the Director of Operations at Dish Network, I oversee the operations of Gen Mobile, a wireless service provider that offers affordable and flexible plans to customers across the US. With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed and honed my skills in operations management, customer service management, supply chain management, vendor management, and telecommunications. My mission is to ensure that Gen Mobile delivers high-quality service and value to its customers, while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. I lead and manage a team of operations specialists, customer service representatives, and logistics coordinators, who work together to provide seamless and reliable service. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers, marketing managers, network engineers, and vendors, to optimize the operations and performance of Gen Mobile.
