About Jose Augusto Simoes

José Simões is Primavera Software current Country Manager in Angola and Mozambique, and has more than 20 years of experience in TIs and Management. Has a degree in Computer Science Engineering, from University of Minho, and an MBA at the Escola de Gestão do Porto. Professional experience in Logistics and Industrial factory, in 2008 begins a new project in PRIMAVERA, a Portuguese multinational, where assumes responsibilities for Consulting Unit with the implementation of several projects over Africa. In 2012 assumes a new role, Consulting Manager of Primavera Software in Mozambique and in 2013 accepts management responsibilities for Business Country Mozambique. In 2018, accepts management responsibilities for Business Country Angola too. In Angola and Mozambique, supported development of retail channel, by building a network of partners with national presence. This to happen, it was necessary to develop a Training Academy to give sustainability in growth of the network of partners, and consolidation knowledge in our customers. All this growth is sustained in a multicultural team, who manage the major operating units of PRIMAVERA Angola Mozambique.
