I am a graduate of Texas Woman's University. Throughout my professional career I have obtained vast experience in Community Health, Human Resources, Education, Entrepreneurship, Management and Sales. In July 2020 I restarted my professional relationship with the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. I started in the Wellness department and eventually became a team leader for Membership Services. In September 2021 I have accepted the YMCA position of Special Projects Assistant to the CEO. As of September 2022 I have moved into the role of Chief of Staff for the organization. Outside of my career with the YMCA I run my own community fitness program called $5 Fitness. The purpose of this program is to encourage low-income communities to practice healthy lifestyles and principles.
