About Jose Cheurlin

With over 10 years of experience in the water and waste management industry, I have developed a strong expertise in business development, project management, and operations in the Middle East region. As the Chief Executive Officer of IDENTISCENTS FZC, I lead a company that provides packaging and fragrances solutions for the B to B perfumery industry, serving clients across Middle East, India, Africa, and Europe. I am passionate about creating value for my customers, partners, and stakeholders, and delivering innovative and sustainable products and services that meet their needs and expectations. Before joining IDENTISCENTS FZC in 2019, I was the Business Development Director Middle East at SUEZ, a global leader in water and waste management. I was in charge of the development of all activities of SUEZ group in the Middle East, including water and waste services and construction. I managed a team of developers for the GCC region and Iran, and worked on projects ranging from 50 million euros to 2 billion euros, using various business models such as DB, DBO, BOT, or O&M. I was also a member of the Executive Committee, and contributed to the strategic vision and direction of the group in the region. I also have experience as the Waste Director Middle East at SUEZ, where I oversaw the operation of all the waste activities in the Middle East, including collection, cleaning, sorting, and waste treatment. I also developed new projects in the region, such as energy from waste, landfilling, sorting, and collection, and identified potential acquisitions.
