I bring a unique combination of business, legal, and technical expertise, having held senior corporate and project roles with top EPC contractors and consulting firms.My career spans infrastructure (LRTs, subways, airports, wastewater), power generation (combined cycle plants), and mining (aluminum, iron ore), where I’ve consistently delivered results through strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined execution. I specialize in Alternative Project Delivery (APD) models including Design & Build, Progressive D&B, P3s, EPC, and EPCM, with deep knowledge of Canadian Project Agreement (PA) requirements and familiarity with FIDIC and NEC4 contracts.I lead distributed, cross-functional teams in PMO environments using collaborative platforms and best-in-class project management practices. Known for driving organizational change, I excel at leading multicultural teams and implementing governance systems that align business objectives with project performance.Selected Achievements- Directed the NEWPCC Biosolids Program (Winnipeg), managing Phase I ($370M) and Phase II ($1.1B) as Program Director and Design Lead- Led key roles in high-impact transit projects including Edmonton Valley Line LRT, Confederation Line Stage 2, Yonge North & Scarborough Subway Extensions, and Waterfront East LRT- Successfully deployed PM/CM systems across Canada, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, supporting high profile clients- Built and led PMOs for EPC contractors and consultants, implementing best practices in scheduling, estimating, BIM, and risk mitigation- Managed quality systems across sectors, implementing ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 frameworks-Directed over 100 Lean Six Sigma projects, trained 50+ Yellow Belts and 20+ Champions, and served as Black Belt instructor.
