About Jose Collazo

For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for the capital markets and investing, and a drive to help others. The first financial book I ever read was “The Richest Man in Babylon” and it ignited my desire to pursue a career in the Financial Industry. As a football player and coach, I have always valued discipline, a strong work ethic, and the power of teamwork. My role as an Internal Business Consultant allows me to utilize these strengths to make a positive contribution to the practices of the Financial Advisors I work with. My colleagues and partners know that I am a man of integrity and that I truly take a consultative approach to working with Advisors. I ask a lot of questions, I listen to the answers, and I am honest and straightforward in offering ideas and solutions. While I rely on data-driven information and analysis to inform my opinions, I focus on the ultimate goal of providing financial well-being for clients. When I am not in the office, I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, hot yoga, and spending time with my wife and 2 daughters.
