With over 17 years of experience in mining, energy, and renewables, working across projects and operations in the Americas, Europe, and Africa, I help industrial organizations close the critical gap between project delivery and stable, safe, and profitable operations. My work focuses on Greenfield and Brownfield projects, supporting organizations throughout Operational Readiness, start-up, and operational stabilization, by practically integrating people, processes, assets, and systems. I have worked closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Management teams, designing and implementing models aligned with international standards such as ISO and adapted to each company’s operational reality. I complement a strong technical foundation with tailored digital solutions (including automation, advanced analytics, and applied artificial intelligence), always in service of execution, decision-making, and operational performance, never as an end in themselves.
