Jose started with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. in 2012 and is a manager in the Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services department. Jose performs forensic investigations of public, private, government and non-profit entities. His practice includes preparation of prospective financial information; AML and BSA compliance investigations; due diligence investigations; lost profits, damage calculation and analysis; breach of contract disputes; and embezzlement investigations. In addition, he has assisted Latin American Governments in cases conducting forensic analysis of bank transactions and the tracing of funds to offshore accounts in various banking institutions. Jose also provides consulting on accounting and general commercial matters. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jose attended University of Miami where he earned his Master of Professional Accounting. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Barry University. Jose is bilingual in English and Spanish.
