About Jose Eksosa

Hey there! My name is Jose but you can call me Joe, Joseph, Joey or whatever iteration of my name you would like to call me. I truly enjoy learning which is why I am working on my second master's degree. I also enjoy helping others and fixing anything that is broken. This is why my current position as Business Operations Analyst is ideal since I pretty much am tasked with trying to break our systems in order to ensure they are working properly for our agents. Personal lines of insurance is not necessarily my passion but after almost 8 years in the business it does give me a sense of accomplishment. I have worked with insurance data since my introduction to the field and have experience in the finance, sales, and customer service components of the industry as well. When I am not looking at insurance policies, systems or data I enjoy reading (always open to recommendations), true crime and whatever new documentary is available. There is also a slight passion for fashion, photography, art and mostly anything creative. I do have experience in editing software like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. The personal lines insurance industry has been my home for so long, but I am open to exploring other ventures that align with my skills sets. I have held prior positions working with international students, student affairs and other customer service positions.
