I have a passion for coffee as well, which I developed as a Training Manager and I was part of Company Operations at Two Guns Espresso, a specialty coffee company, where I led the coffee program, trained all staff, and ensured the highest standards of coffee quality and consistency. I am also a certified Q Arabica Grader, a credential that demonstrates my expertise and knowledge of coffee sensory evaluation and quality control.My motivation is to empower individuals and help them discover their potential and find fulfillment in their roles. I have a track record of coaching and developing future leaders, a skill that I honed from managing teams to guiding others in upper management positions. I have a patient, understanding, and stern leadership style, and I lead by example and prioritize understanding individuals before giving direction. I also have a cool, calm, and collected mindset when it comes to problem-solving, and I promote a collaborative approach that recognizes the multitude of solutions for any challenge.
