Currently leading the Service Strategy & Product Development for Jenbacher Services at INNIO Group, I spearhead the creation of a robust product roadmap and implement pricing and go-to-market strategies that fuel sustainable and profitable growth. My role is centered on transforming service offerings into scalable solutions that deliver long-term value for customers and the business. Previously, as the Head of Product Management & Pricing at BORA, I lead a team of 20+ Product Managers & Pricing experts in a hyper-growth environment. I am responsible for directing internal and external design, market research, and consumer insights activities. I also oversee the product and innovation strategy for the BORA kitchen appliances business worldwide, driving exponential top line growth and creating several new business sectors. With over 20 years of experience in product management and development across various industries, I have a strong track record of driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on strategic and service management from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, and an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Secondary college for Industrial Engineering Jenbach.
