About Josef Likavec

Highly-motivated young enthusiast focused on automotive industry. Throughout my career, I have proved to be a valuable member of the team, as I was able to do professional work and meet the schedule in difficult projects. When I started to study on University, without any delay, I signed for a position in technical development, Skoda Auto. Throughout 3 years, I gained tons of skills and experience as I have participated in projects like India 2.0, VW group rus, etc. When I pass over deep technical knowledge I gained in those 3 years, I also learned to work in team and be its effective member. Since 2020, I changed my professional orientation, to be more focused on customer. In Renault Auto Koutek, in two months I became senior customer service advisor in lucrative program - Renault PRO+. PRO+ aims to logistics companies looking for quality and professional care and service for their utility vehicles. Working as service advisor in Renault Auto Koutek, I improved my communication skills and learned how to find customers needs and wants and how to bring those two areas together to find the best result. Since August, 2022, my work specialization has moved to another level. As a warranty assessor in MSX International (Budapest, Hungary), I am in charge of the fast and correct warranty claims procedures from the dealership to the manufacturer. Work experience collected as warranty assessor are undoubtedly consistency, precision, minuteness and analytical thinking. Balancing my professional - personal life, I’m practicing my skills in very different activities, as I’m improving my cooking and bartender skills, playing football and horse riding.
