Josef Serfaty is currently a Personal Fitness Trainer, Mindset Coach, and Speaker. His tenured experience as a Senior Business Analyst and, most recently, as an independent Fitness Professional have not only allowed hime to develop his technical, creative, and entrepreneurial skills, but have gifted him the opportunity to grow as a mentor and leader empowering others to be 1% better every day. He also take pride in a growth mindset and being curious. These are qualities that drive him to stay focused on finding effective solutions. Some notable highlights of his professional journey include- Being a coach and mentor to individuals from the ages of 16 to 60 to help them develop physical strength, feel healthier, and improve their emotional resilience- Being a nominee for IMPACT Magazine's Canada's 2021 Top Fitness Instructor- Providing interactive in-person and virtual keynote presentations with a focus on resilience to audiences with 30 or more in attendance- Coaching new team members and mentored colleagues who expressed an interest in Business Analysis- Managing small scale projects with teams of up to 4 members as a Project Manager.
