About Josefin Appelquist

As an experienced Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant, I thrive at the centre of activity - where flexibility, structure, and a calm approach to chaos are key. Think of me as the conductor of a busy orchestra: keeping all the moving parts in sync, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so others can focus on what they do best. With a background in both office management and executive support, I’ve honed the ability to manage shifting priorities, complex scheduling, travel logistics, event coordination, and workplace operations - all while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset. I bring clarity to complexity and enjoy turning challenges into streamlined processes. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated mother of two, which only sharpens my multitasking skills and deepens my appreciation for efficiency, adaptability, and balance. Whether at home or in the office, I lead with purpose, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to getting things done right.
