About Josep Trabal

Building a purpose-driven venture in the water space, to improve everyday hydration across hospitality, workplaces and homes. An expert in scaling businesses, I’ve spent over 20 years in FMCG multinationals like Unilever and SC Johnson, as well as in PE-backed Direct-to-Consumer companies. I’ve transformed businesses ranging from €40M to €400M in revenue—most with European P&L responsibility—consistently exceeding revenue expectations and delivering even stronger EBITDA performance. My strength lies in reframing complex business situations—connecting insights in new ways to uncover high-impact, not-so-obvious value-creation opportunities. I’ve helped turn around underperforming teams, rebuilt go-to-market strategies, and led full-scale commercial transformations. At Eden, I drove a major shift to a digital, customer-centric model, resulting in +43% revenue and +125% EBITDA growth over five years.Known for a transparent and collaborative leadership style, I build high-performing teams and create the conditions for them to thrive. Having lived and worked in France, Switzerland, the UK, and Spain, I bring a strong cross-cultural lens and a broad European network.
