After a brief stint playing professional hockey, I joined NetJets as an Owner Account Administrator within the Revenue Operations team. As an OAA, I specialize in analyzing Owner accounts to ensure a seamless and superior experience for both new and existing Owners. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at delivering the highest standards of service and accuracy in financial and contractual agreements. Key Responsibilities: Contract Review and Compliance: I meticulously review Owner contracts to ensure that contractual language and financial agreements are accurately defined and align with NetJets' guidelines and policies. Contract Set-Up and Documentation: I oversee the set-up of shares, leases, and Jet Cards for Owners within my designated regions, while creating supporting documents in compliance with their contractual agreements. Problem Detection and Solutions: I effectively communicate with both our Sales & Contracts teams, and our Owners regarding inquiries about their fractional interests, such as contract changes, hours reconciliations, and fee calculations. Process Improvement: I provide valuable feedback to management and department liaisons regarding contractual and workflow processes, maximizing implementation opportunities and enhancing overall efficiency. With a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to ensuring that NetJets continues to lead the industry in private aviation.
