Joseph is currently working at ZEISS for their Vision Care business and is part of the Global Warehousing & Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team. In his capacity as a Product Manager for Warehouse Systems & Processes he is focused on driving innovation and efficiency in supply chain operations. He is also playing the role of Business Process Owner for the warehousing workpackage in the supply chain workstream for the Global SAP S/4 HANA Digital Transformation project. With a strong foundation in advanced warehousing practices, he is dedicated to leveraging technology and strategic insights to optimize the warehouse management systems at ZEISS and enhance their overall productivity. His goal is to implement solutions that transform business processes and create agile, effective supply chains. He is also 2x SAP certified application consultant in EWM and MM modules, and brings in multi-year consulting and architectural experience in end-to-end SAP supply chain transformation initiatives gained at Deloitte. He has successfully designed and built solutions that have helped streamline supply chain processes, thereby significantly enhancing their operational efficiency. His expertise spans across IT strategy, management consulting, process re-engineering and digital transformation.
