About Joseph Aliviado

I have varied working experiences, ranging from Executive Assistant, Coordinator, Supervisor, Manager and being a Senior High School teacher today. For 16 years, I was exposed to the private sector and that is how I learned to deal with different personalities in the corporate world. Starting at 2014 until the present, I am a public school teacher and I can easily relate the lessons to my students as I incorporate not only the theories, but also the experiences that I had in the private sector. I have experiences also as a writer. I was a columnist of Sunstar Cagayan de Oro for six months and currently I am also one of the contributors of the school's annual journal. I also experienced SEO writing but only for three months as I needed to focus more on my new job as a teacher. I believe that I have come full circle in my career life, and teaching has been both fun and challenging. I believe also that in as much I can teach learners in an ordinary classroom setting, I believe also that I can reach out to other through the use of the modern technology today. I am adept in using Skype and Facebook. I can also learn new learning platforms in the Internet, given that I have time to be familiar with them. With regards to output, I always make sure that it would be finished ahead of schedule when possible. If not, I make sure that I informed the concerned person immediately. I tend to be critical of myself whenever I did some mistakes, but I always managed to move on and learn from them. Because of my working and teaching experiences, I learned a lot on how to deal with people of different personalities. These experiences heightened my interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences, as it does not only improved the ways of dealing and looking at others, but also improved myself on the way I view myself to them.
