About Joseph Basile

Joe began his career in the financial services industry in 1987 as an institutional bond trader for First Albany Corporation in New York. He later moved to Prudential Insurance Company where he spent the next 15 years working as a recruiter and trainer for the company; helping to establish new offices in the Northeast and training insurance agents in estate planning needs and risk management. Several years later, Joe relocated to Naples, Florida and began to realize his dream of entrepreneurship. In he became a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley, eventually transferring to Merrill Lynch in 2007. Today, Joe serves a limited number of clients by design, including multiple generations of families, business owners, professional athletes and entertainers. Looking beyond their investable assets, he seeks to understand their life goals and is committed to helping them create a path to reach them. Whether their objectives are establishing a secure income for retirement, funding an education, personal or business credit and lending needs, or estate planning and wealth transfer issues, Joe’s process begins by taking the time to listen to clients to gain a clear understanding of their objectives. Based on their financial goals, Joe will propose and implement individualized strategies suited to their situation by leveraging the investment insights of Merrill Lynch and the banking strength of Bank of America. He seeks to enhance and organize clients’ financial lives through objective advice, disciplined wealth management and the kind of personal attention and exceptional service that he would provide his own family members. Joe has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations, both awarded by The American College, as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.
