Managing a Client Book of Business consisting of approximately 45 Clients totaling service hours a week. Screening and Hiring Employees to service Client needs. Handle weekly scheduling for approximately 250-300 Employees. Including processing of weekly payroll insuring Employees are paid correctly and Clients are Billed correctly. I also get new hires up to State and Client Training compliance. Utilize third party vendors for Background Checks and Motor Vehicle Reports. I have also work with local Law Enforcement Agencies and District Attorneys for prosecuting Criminal cases that were brought on due to Investigation into loss of assets. Assisted with establishing Policies and Procedures to protect Company Assets. Trained regional Managers on Safety, Security, State Regulations, along with Company Policies and Procedures. Trained Employees assisting them with internal Growth opportunities. Some of those Emoyees had advanced through the ranks of Field Supervisor, Site Supervisors, Account Manager, Operations Managers, Client Managers, Districts Managers, and Regional Managers. I take pride in my work and being able to teach/mentor others on new systems, Procedures, and over all, how to excel in their positions and or future positions. I am meticulous, self motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, independent, and enjoy working in teams. If a project, task, position requires it, I also work great independently.
