Motivated and detail-oriented professional with a Master’s in Information Technology Management (Business Analytics concentration) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Management concentration, Finance minor) from California Baptist University. My professional experience includes two impactful internships with ProSites, where I gained hands-on expertise in data analysis and IT service desk operations. In my Data Analyst internship, I organized vendor files into centralized databases, researched data sources and tools to improve methodologies, and utilized platforms such as Excel, Salesforce, and WordPress to manage and analyze data. During my second internship, I helped manage ticket triage and assignments using ManageEngine ServiceDesk. I applied ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and collaborated with the team to streamline processes, reduce ticket backlog, and improve response times. These experiences refined my technical skills and enhanced my teamwork and communication abilities, enabling me to thrive in collaborative environments. I am actively seeking opportunities in IT support, data entry, data analysis, among other positions where I can bring value, contribute to team success, and continue to grow professionally.
