About Joseph Benjamin

I currently work as an application engineer for NETZSCH Pumps North America. I handle all municipal bids across the US and northeast industrial applications. I developed an Excel program that the application engineers use to generate the commercial and technical quote documents and I currently maintain the sales tools that are used to size, selected, and price pumps. In my municipal role I work with our reps to review engineering specifications; generate budgetary proposals; and write sample specifications for our product line. I generate the scope of supplies and pricing for all municipal bids. In my industrial role I work with reps, distributor, and OEMs to size and select pump that are the perfect fit for the customers application. I answer technical and commercial questions about previously supplied proposals. I also help mentor newer application engineers by answering questions, reviewing their work, and training them on sales tools.
