About Joseph Benjamin

After almost eight years in the Army as an Infantryman, and one year in the Army Reserves as a Masonry and Construction Specialist, I thought that a degree in Civil Engineering was the ideal career move. I had been enrolled in Metropolitan State University of Denver for the first four years, plugging along until a series of u fortunate events resulted in my need to enter the workforce. After a stint as an installer for a Radon mitigation company, I find myself at Home Depot, and eventually I realized that I wished to do something oriented toward my customers, and gravitated toward a degree in Psychology. my dream is to use my degree to work with the US Veterans Affairs Department as a mental health counselor. I am willing to take any job I can get that would allow me to gain work experience in the field, along with a decent paycheck that would help with living expenses.
