About Joseph Bian

I graduated from civil engineering at Parahyangan University. During my study, I learned a lot about design, construction and its project management, also transportation, which grew my senses in forecasting decisions and political factors of urban transportation planning. Knowledge around project design, management, surveying, and also data analysis become the basis during the period of my study. I'd say, all of those academic and cognitive variables valued only about half from all of the things that I learned. The other half is a constant development of my character. Determination and resiliency become the top of the list. I learned on how to withstand any pressure and to make the best judgement call for every problem that I got. Having worked on several humanitarian and social organizations also grew my sense of tolerance and care for the people. I've also worked as a freelancer at Grab Company until today. From that experience, I believe in my ability to communicate and make the best environment of conversation for any kind of people, even stranger and foreigner. I always eager to learn about new things. My goal is to become a valuable character on every sector that I went, as an engineer or even other sectors.
