I’m a dependable and hands-on Site & Project Manager with 12+ years of industry experience, specialising in high-risk government, Defence, and education sector projects. My background in carpentry and joinery gives me a strong technical edge and practical mindset, while my leadership roles have seen me successfully deliver projects valued up to $26 million. I thrive on complex delivery—whether that’s coordinating hazardous area upgrades, managing live Defence environments, or restoring heritage facilities. My expertise spans both construct-only and D&C contracts, and I bring a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to every stage of the build. Since joining EPS in 2018, I’ve led multiple high-security projects involving concurrent scopes, SCEC compliance, and stringent stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, I operated a successful carpentry business delivering bespoke residential works—further strengthening my construction fundamentals and client communication skills. I’m known for building accountable site cultures, driving programs through proactive planning, and ensuring safety and compliance remain front and centre.
