Throughout my career as an executive leader within several federal government agencies and in the United States Air Force, I have directed the construction and management of high-performing organizations that delivered business, cultural, and technical excellence in finance, human resources, administration, information technology, procurement, and other areas with enterprise impact. Since 2016, I have served in successive roles as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Capital Officer. In these positions and in executive leadership capacities in the Departments of Justice, Defense, and Homeland Security, I have leveraged a strategic perspective, financial acumen, and skilled change management in accelerating the performance of large, federal government divisions with diverse constituents and competing priorities. I am proud of having championed technical transformations, culture change initiatives, business integrations, long-term planning, and other game-changing programs that delivered tens of millions of dollars in savings and value across the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle.
