SUMMARYI am a Technology Manager who has facilitated the creation and requirements of multiple projects. These projects have ranged from creating documents and processes for a customer facing technology liaison group to the upgrades of multiple systems and servers. I have been involved in multiple upgrades of over desktop systems and servers across numerous locations. One of these was as the senior PM with encompassing plus seats, 1200 servers and 600 locations. This included scheduling and all documentation including SLA’s and vendor relations. I have also managed other upgrades totaling another 20,00 seats. I have also provided technical and management expertise for a major software distribution of over seats across 700 companies and 1200 locations. All projects were brought in on time and within budget. I have managed groups in these implementations both locally and remotely. I have been a manager of corporate AD structures, backups and firewalls. I have designed and implemented training and reporting requirements for many different responsibilities. I am a dedicated driven personality that will not stop until the project is completed.
